I started Jo's Stretch and Strengthen classes about six months ago and love the weekly opportunity to attend her welcoming Breathe studio and focus on me for an hour.

I work long shifts and needed something to help me relax and reset. Jo is very friendly and patient and although I'm still learning I always leave her classes feeling calm and more flexible in my body.

One of the biggest benefits is my shoulder pain has almost completely disappeared. Jo's gentle stretches and strengthening poses have worked wonders. If you are new to yoga or haven't been for a while I definitely recommend this beginners class. It's been a great decision for my well being!
